Candlecademy is an educational trading simulator. If something is broken, confusing, or you have an idea, we want to hear about it.
Use the feedback form inside the app: Settings → Send feedback. It files straight into our issue tracker with the app version attached, which usually means a faster fix.
For anything else, including account-free questions about purchases, restores, or privacy requests, email gigaappsinfo@gmail.com. We aim to reply within a few days.
Candlecademy Pro is billed through your Apple ID. You can manage or cancel it any time in your device’s Settings under Subscriptions, and restore a previous purchase from the paywall or from Settings inside the app.
